Want to work as a wine pourer – “Sommelier” – at the best Wine Bar in the Netherlands? Part-time or full-time by arrangement.
Do you have an interest and passion for wine? Do you have a passion for the hospitality industry? If so, we would be happy to meet with you. You do not need to be a vinologist or have your WSET qualifications, but that is obviously a plus.
Our team
In wine bar Shiraz, you will find awesome sommeliers, vintners and enthusiasts who entertain our guests throughout the evening. You will join a young, enthusiastic and fun team who informally take guests through the wonderful world of wine.
The atmosphere and our guests
Shiraz is a laid-back bar, but one that is all about wine! Our guests are both tourists and day-trippers, but we also have a large bevy of regulars from the area. Enjoying a good glass of wine informally is what many come back for.
Our wines
You will be working with an extensive collection (+/- 260) of wines. We serve many (+/- 40) wines by the glass, so you can easily take your guests through the different between grapes, regions, classifications, vintages. Check out our current wine list here.
